Why am I still breaking out even though I’m using “good” skincare?

Acne isn’t always about using better products — it’s about using the right products for your skin. Many “good” or trendy skincare products still contain pore-clogging ingredients, barrier disruptors, or actives that are too aggressive for acne-prone skin. Hormones, stress, diet, supplements, and routine inconsistencies can also play a role. This is why a personalized, acne-safe approach matters.

Can acne be caused by irritation or a damaged skin barrier?

Yes — and this is one of the most common acne triggers we see. When the skin barrier is compromised, the skin becomes inflamed, dehydrated, and more reactive, making breakouts harder to heal. Over-exfoliation, harsh cleansers, and improper use of actives can all contribute. Our approach focuses on calming inflammation, repairing the barrier, and then treating acne safely and effectively.

Do I need to stop using all my current products to clear my skin?

Not always. Every client’s skin and routine are different. Some products may be perfectly fine, while others may need to be replaced or adjusted. With an in-person or virtual consultation, we can assess your current routine, lifestyle, and skin history to determine what’s helping, what’s hurting, and what needs to change — without unnecessary overwhelm.

How long does it typically take to see acne improvement?

While everyone’s skin responds differently, most clients begin noticing improvements within the first 4–6 weeks with consistency. Long-term, sustainable results take time and patience, especially when addressing deeper triggers like inflammation or hormonal patterns. Clear skin is a process — not a quick fix — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location but usually arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only. Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees or delays outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any available promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

REFUNDS

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
