Cancellation policy

How Subscribe & Save works

When you choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible MaeVora product, you'll get 15% off that product on your first order and every automatic delivery after that. You choose how often it ships: every 6, 8 or 12 weeks. Subscribe & Save is available on single products. Acne Systems are one-time purchases.

Billing

By subscribing, you authorize MaeVora Skin to charge your saved payment method automatically for each delivery until you cancel. You'll be charged on each scheduled order date at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any shipping and tax. Shipping for single-product orders is calculated at checkout, and orders ship within the US only.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, skip an upcoming delivery, update your payment method or cancel at any time by logging in to your account at maevoraskin.com. There's no minimum number of orders. Changes must be made before your next scheduled order date to apply to that order. To change how often your subscription ships, email us at hello@maevoraskin.com.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account with no fees. Cancelling stops future orders. It doesn't refund orders that have already been charged or shipped.

Failed payments

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you so you can update your payment method. If it isn't updated, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Price changes

Prices may change from time to time. If the price of a subscribed product changes, your subscription may be updated to the new price, and your 15% Subscribe & Save discount will still apply.

Returns

Subscription orders follow our standard Returns policy: unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping + Returns page for full details.
